The St Helena Association UK, founded by Owen George MBE in 1959, is on the of the leading charities that supports individuals and community causes on St Helena Island. We create and run highly popular fundraising events for the UK based St Helenians as a way of ensuring the unique island culture is preserved as well as enabling us to send money back to those who need it on the island.
Over the 50 years we have been established, we have helped a number of key organisations on St Helena that have a direct impact on the quality of life and well-being of disadvantaged individuals on the island.

Meet The Committee
The St Helena Association is operated by a number of volunteers who generously give their time to organising events and finding new causes to support. Our committee is made up of highly talented individuals with skill-sets in Health and Social Care, Digital Marketing, Finance and Business Management.
Many hands make light work and we are looking for new members who share our desire to continuously support the residents of St Helena Island. If you are interested in joining, please get in touch with our secretary through our contact us page.
